This weekend, we went to the cabin with the Teska Family. Years ago, the cabin was Ryan and Evan's Home Away From Home. Now, the cabin is just a distant memory of their younger days gone by. We decided to revisit the boys' stomping grounds- only to hear, "It's just not like it used to be." as their children wail in the background. Ah, yes, times have certainly changed.
I love how Isabella is looking at Kristin in this picture. Please notice Ryan in the background carrying in several BABY items. Ha! They sure do come with a lot of stuff.
Isabella looks like a model.
Here's the view of the cabin on the pathway coming back from the pond. Oh, yes, we brought Ella along too.
While we were in Westfield, we went to a local festival. While we were there, the boys voted on their favorite car in a car show. Here is Andrew next to one of the participants. He looks so tiny!
Here is the car Ryan voted for. Love it!
Apparently in Westfield, people don't just show animals- they eat all of them- even the bunnies. We didn't share that with Andrew though as he befriended a chicken. Apparently they were on sale for $5 a piece. Unfortunately, little Henny Penny here wouldn't be allowed in our subdivision and probably wouldn't have survived the car ride home with Ella as her roommate.
Andrew with Wilbur.
$6 for 3 darts?! Boy are we suckers! At least Andrew got to stand on a table and throw a dart- made his day! He got a cheap harmonica that didn't really work as his prize.
Family pic at the festival.
Teskas at the festival.
"This is Papa's; this is Papa's; this is Papa's!" Yes, Andrew, Papa owns all 80 acres! Silly boy thought Papa owned the whole town though.
Andrew and the Ladies.
This is how the girls played while at the cabin. Aveya had her own pack 'n play.
Four Wheeling Fun! NO he didn't drive with her.
Blue skies....smiling at me! Nothing but Blue skies, do I see!
Aw!
Andrew wouldn't really go on the four wheeler since his last little accident on it.
Here's Evan's Cabin Hat.
After the kids were asleep- we played some cribbage and the ever popular Killer Bunnies.
Andrew and Isabella. He was very good with the babies this weekend.

WOW! We had such a fun time with you guys! Thank you for the memories....The pictures turned out great. I especially love the one with all '9' of us! :) You are a much better photographer than me--You will have to send me some pics (since I neglected my camera all weekend) so I can add them to our blog.
Looks like a great weekend! I know i have great memories as a kid going to my grandparents' cabin, and i'm sure your kids will too!
